函館市内で賃貸物件の大家をしているクリエイトサービスの糸畑です。
今回、中道、富岡、昭和の物件について新たな取組をしてみることにしました。
敷金権利金なしという物件は最近時々見かけるようにななりました。
今回は管理会社である常口管理センターさんの協力を得て、店舗へではなく大家もしくはサイトからの契約の場合はもっとお客様自体に還元できないかということで考えてみました。
その結果、敷金権利金無しに加えて仲介手数料と引っ越し費用も補助して、引っ越しするお客様の負担を出来るだけ軽くして住み替えてもらおうということにしたのです。
ただし、条件があり長く住んでもらわないと大家としてもメリットが出てこないので、１年以上居住していただけることを条件としております。
